This is what we call "Pup-in-a-Bag". We use this to carry Molly around where there are no dogs allowed, and when she's too pooped to walk anymore when we are sight-seeing.
We've had several people that thought she was a teddy bear ( like I would carry around a teddy bear! ), and even people that wanted a picture of her.
